6. **Terms Regarding Domain Name, Hosting & Cancellation

(a) **Domain Ownership**
Your domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.co.za) will be registered in your name to ensure full ownership. This means you retain control even if you decide to switch service providers in the future. (b) **Hosting Agreement**
 Our hosting services are provided under a 12-month contract, starting from the date your website goes live. This ensures stability and support for your online presence. (c) **Cancellation Policy** After the initial 12-month period, you may cancel your hosting and services with 30 days written notice. This gives us time to assist with any transitions and ensure your data is handled securely.

7. Booking Fee

All website projects require a deposit before design begins. This ensures commitment and covers initial setup costs.

8. **Modifications**

KasiWeb reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it deems necessary. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly through email notifications. Continued use of KasiWeb’s services after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
