You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use and enjoyment of our service by any third party. Harassment, offensive content, or any form of disruption is prohibited.

6. Terms Regarding Domain Name, Hosting & Cancellation
(a) Domain Ownership
Your domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.co.za) will be registered in your name to ensure full ownership. This means you retain control even if you decide to switch service providers in the future.
(b) Hosting Agreement
Our hosting services are provided under a 12-month contract, starting from the date your website goes live. This ensures stability and support for your online presence.
(c) Cancellation Policy After the initial 12-month period, you may cancel your hosting and services with 30 days written notice. This gives us time to assist with any transitions and ensure your data is handled securely.
7. Billing And Renewals
To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscription payments must be made on or before the scheduled billing date. If a payment fails, customers will receive reminders to update their payment method. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, the subscription will be automatically cancelled. Customers may re-subscribe at any time by updating their payment details and selecting a new plan.
8. Modifications
KasiWeb reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it deems necessary. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly through email notifications. Continued use of KasiWeb’s services after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. By engaging with our service, you are agreeing to adhere to these stipulated terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe and productive environment for all users engaged with KasiWeb.
