Refund Policy

At KasiWeb by KasiHustle, we’re committed to helping township and rural businesses get online fast, affordably, and professionally. We believe in transparency and fairness, so here’s how our refund policy works:

Domain Registration Commitment
When you sign up with KasiWeb, we register your .co.za domain for you. This domain is locked in for 12 months and paid upfront to our domain partner.
👉 Because of this:
•     No refunds are available for domain registration once it’s been processed.
•     You’re committing to a 12-month contract for your domain name.
•     Even if you cancel your website, your domain will stay active until the end of the contract. 

Website & Hosting Services
We offer three packages: Starter, Growth, and Pro. Each includes setup, hosting, and support.
Refunds for these services are only considered if:
•     You request a refund within 7 days of payment, and
•     We haven’t started building your website yet.
Once we begin setup or design work, the service is considered used, and refunds are no longer available.

 Package-Specific Terms
Each package includes digital work like:
•     Website setup
•     WhatsApp forms
•     Logo design (Pro package)
•     Monthly updates (Growth & Pro)
These services are non-refundable once delivered, because they involve time, tools, and custom work.

❌ Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your KasiWeb service anytime. However:
•     No refunds will be issued for months already paid.
•     Your domain will remain active until the 12-month period ends.
•     You can choose not to renew after that.

✅ Exceptions (We’ve Got Your Back)
We may offer a refund if:
•     You paid twice by mistake
•     There was a technical error on our side
•     We failed to deliver your website within 30 days, and it wasn’t due to delays from your side
